Covid church update

Centenary UMC Update

Due to the rise in number of Covid-19 cases, our Bishop has asked us not to hold in person gatherings for a few weeks.  Thus, Centenary UMC will be having only virtual services through the Sunday of December 13th.  We will be having one service each Sunday, livestreamed at 10::00 AM on Facebook live.  Our building will also be closed to the public.  Please pay attention to our communications via email or social media!  You can watch our worship services on Sunday at our Facebook page found by clicking the button below!

Welcome!

Centenary is a welcoming, active congregation with ministries for children, youth and adults of all ages in Danville, Kentucky since 1788. Our goal is for each person to have an authentic relationship with Christ by strengthening and transforming lives by living and sharing Christ’s love.

Here at Centenary we proudly offer worship translated for our American Sign Language Community.  We are happy to serve the many folks in the Danville area who desire this, as we invite everyone to take next steps in their relationship with God!  Click on the button below to go to our Facebook page where ASL worship can be viewed during our 9:00 AM Contemporary Worship Service.

We are a casual and friendly congregation so be prepared for people to come up to you and introduce themselves and want to get to know you and your family. We have parking that is available both around the Christian Life Center as well as parking around the Sanctuary depending on which service you'd like to attend. When you enter the parking lot, just follow the information signs. During the 10:00 a.m. hour, we have our Sunday school for children, youth and adults. This is a great time to grab a cup of coffee and get any questions you may have answered.
